1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PDF Maker Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. Free Trial

The App offers a 2-day (48-hour) free trial period starting from first launch. During the trial, all features are available. After the trial expires, continued use of premium features requires a one-time in-app purchase.

The trial period:

• Begins at first launch and cannot be paused or extended
• Is tracked locally on the device via the Keychain
• Persists across app reinstalls on the same device

4. Purchases & Payments

PDF Maker Pro offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock all features permanently. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not handle or store any payment information.

• Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region
• All sales are final, subject to Apple's refund policy
• Purchases can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for:

• The content of documents you create, scan, or annotate
• Any files you share through the Wi-Fi sharing feature
• Ensuring you have the right to sign documents digitally
• Maintaining the security of your device

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, are owned by the developer. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the documents and content you create or import into the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet all your requirements
• Scanned documents will be perfectly accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
